Irritable Bowel Syndrome and heartburns, how to get rid of the burn

A disorder that involves changes in bowel movements, cramping and abdominal pain is referred Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Apart from the result of IBS, heartburn is also a common disorder affects almost 20% of people once a week. There are many heartburn remedies like antacids and proton pump inhibitors (PPI). There are two options for you to treat the disorder, visit the physician and take the prescribed medicines or take the natural heartburn remedies.
